New construction and operation of “RadlLand Bayern” The Free State of Bavaria intends to comprehensively rebuild and subsequently operate the cycling portal “RadlLand Bayern”. The current system, consisting of a web portal, cycle route planner, Data platform and diverse interfaces should be technologically modernized, functionally expanded and designed to be operationally reliable in the long term. The order includes all services for planning, development, integration, commissioning and Further development of the overall system. 1. Subject of the service The contractor (AN) is supposed to technically rebuild the RadlLand Bayern and then operate it for several years. The central service components are: •Development of a central data and geoservice platform, •Provision and integration of a bike routing engine, •Import, processing and ongoing maintenance of various data sources relevant to cycling, •Development or complete reconstruction of the web frontend including interactive ones map functions, •Providing interfaces (API, widget, iFrame) for internal and external use, •Setting up and configuring all system components on the infrastructure of the IT service center of the Free State of Bavaria (IT-DLZ), •Takeover application support, monitoring, support processes and system maintenance. •The APIs required for the existing “RadlPlaner Bayern” app must be provided; the app itself is not part of the tender. 2.
