Output situation
on a 21 hectares of arable land on a 21 hectare, formerly used agricultural area has beendeveloped the new "Hainweg" residential area in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt. The state capital Wiesbaden reacted to the rapidly increasing living space requirements of the past years, which will continue to the forecasts in the future. The entire development offers space for around 650 residential units.In addition to residential buildings, various social institutions were also created. The "DRK Kita Hainweg" is located in the north of the residential area, in the southern area the "Kiebitz Kiebitzweg" was opened at the end of 2023, which is located on the ground floor of a residential building. The center of the neighborhood is from oneDistrict place and a spacious green area, the Hainpark formed.
