With the move into the first apartments in Krampnitz, the first infrastructure facilities are also required. According to urban and landscape planning master planning, several daycare centers and School locations are planned, including a 6-class comprehensive school for 900 children with a quadruple sports hall as well as outdoor sports, play and open spaces. The planned space program includes a total usable area of 10, 800 m2, divided into approx. 7, 600 m2 of usable space for the comprehensive school, with a youth leisure facility and approx. 3, 200 m2 of usable space for the new construction of a quadruple sports hall with a functional sports area. The building is built on a shallow foundation as a floor slab with strip foundations and Founded on individual foundations. The supporting structure of the school building is planned as a skeleton structure using prefabricated reinforced concrete parts. A system of concrete supports and concrete beams made of prefabricated parts with standard dimensions creates maximum space flexibility.
