Lot 0 Hazardous Substances Remediation, Demolition and Dismantling Work

In the course of clearing and preparing the construction site for the planned new building complex, the existing residential development (WBS70 prefabricated building) must be completely demolished and dismantledclose Parking lot and connecting road, paths and squares as well as district heating and pipeline routes.

The hazardous/pollutant remediation and demolition work and the disposal of the demolition materials must be carried out in accordance with the law. All relevant standards, guidelines and accident prevention measures are observed during the worksafety regulations must be observed. The work is to be carried out between the beginning of June 2024 and April 2025.

In addition to setting up the construction site, the work is divided into the areas of remediation of hazardous substances and demolition work.

The following services are required for the remediation of hazardous substances:

105 m2 floor structures with barrier cardboard containing asbestos "Ruberoid"
