The subject of the order is the provision of the benefits of object planning for buildings and interiors to be commissioned according to §§ 33 ff HOAI - LPH 1 - 9;
The city Kolbermoor intends to build a new building and recycling center on a part of the property, Flnr.: 2672 and 1427 for waste management of the city of Kolbermoor. It is supposed to complete the existing recycling and building yard on Geigelsteinstrasse substitute.
The newly established recycling center has an adequate, secure and right -wing possibility of delivery of waste (e.g. bulky waste) and waste containing value (recycling materials, e.g. waste paper) from private households in accordance with the acceptance spectrum in accordance with Appendix 2 to offer description of measures in the contract documents. The recycling center must be interpreted in such a way that this spectrum of acceptance can be subsequently changed and expanded. It must also be ensured that the acceptance is controlled and under advising the specialist staff the city of Kolbermoor can take place. At the same time, an efficient collection of waste in containers and their removal by trucks must be ensured.
