bfz gGmbH is planning to build a new educational location in Forchheim. The project includes: • the conversion of an existing hotel building (Bamberger Strasse 6a) and • a new building on the neighboring property (Waisenhausstrasse 6). Both buildings become functionally connected Educational campus connected. The aim is to create a modern, barrier-free and economically viable location in the long term to secure the regional need for skilled workers in the nursing sector and to implement labor market policy and integration-related training measures. On campus The following facilities are operated: • Vocational school for nursing • Vocational school for geriatric care assistance • Further education center for nursing professions • Labor market policy measures on behalf of public funding agencies • Language and integration courses • Residence for trainees (19 Places) The number of participants varies depending on the day due to different course formats and duration of the measures. Operations are primarily daytime with no regular evening or night events.
