It is a Business start-up center with rental rooms for start-ups. Building: The external dimensions of the shell are 30.4 m x 30.4 m. The external dimensions of the underground car park are 30.4 m x 60.0 m. The new building is divided on 7 floors, an underground car park with 6 upper floors.
