Tender Details

The Fuerst Stirum Klinikum in Bruchsal is implementing the last building block in its target planning with the new buildings D and E. The new building D is being built in the first floor with the central operating room on level 1. After the completion and commissioning of the D building, the vacant E building will be demolished. Here is created in the 2nd BA dThe new building E. The new building D is being built as a modern 3-bund facility with two main hallways. On the standard floors the building dimensions are approx. 44 x 32 m, on the operating floor level 1 and the technical floor on level 2 approx. 60 x 32 m. The D building has a gross floor area of ​​9, 060m2 on levels -1 to 4. Building D is locatedis in the construction phase. Completion is planned for Q3 2025. The old component E will then be demolished and built with a direct connection to the new building D.
