Vinyl flooring work The 3-story building (basement + ground floor + upper floor) has a U-shape. The U-shape consists of two components with a gable roof (each 19.25 x 25.69 m) and an intermediate building with a flat roof (8.88 x 4.75 m). The height of the gable roof components is 9.85 m and the intermediate building has a height of 7.0 m (from +/-0.00). The original terrain has a slight slope and needs to be filled slightly overall. The building is a solid reinforced concrete structure with a wooden roof structure and metal roofing. The intermediate building has a flat roof with foil covering. When establishing the foundation, soil stabilization must be carried out using CSV columns. The facade is largely made of wooden formwork and a small part is made of ETICS and FZ panels (bottom). The Windows are designed as floor-to-ceiling windows, P/R elements and sliding doors. Roller shutters are used on windows and venetian blinds are used as sun protection on sliding doors and P/R elements. A carport with a garbage room is planned to be constructed of wood.
