The subject of the procurement are fire protection planning services for the new building of the central clinic - 2nd construction phase at the University Hospital of Bonn. The construction project represents a complex special hospital building and is intended for the long term Ensuring key clinical functions. Due to its use as a hospital and the size and complexity of the project, there are increased fire protection requirements for planning, approval and execution. The scope of services includes in particular the specialist planning services of preventative structural, technical and organizational fire protection across several project phases, based on the recognized performance profiles of specialist fire protection planning. These include, among others: Development and updating of an overall fire protection concept including definition of protection objectives, coordination of fire protection requirements with property planning, structural planning, technical equipment and other specialist planning, Participation in the approval planning as well as technical support in coordination with building supervisory authorities and the fire brigade, checking and updating the fire protection-relevant planning content in the execution phase, technical support in the implementation of the Fire protection concept during construction as well as participation in fire protection-related inspections. The commissioning takes place in stages. First, a first service level is bindingly commissioned. Commissioning additional service levels is optional according to project progress, needs and the availability of funding. The service is provided in close interdisciplinary cooperation with the other parties involved in the project and taking into account the applicable public law Regulations, in particular the building regulations of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the generally recognized rules of technology.
