New accommodation area Delitzsch Planning and construction of accommodation buildings To cover the additional need for accommodation in the Army NCO School in Delitzsch, the construction of 5 new accommodation buildings is planned. The accommodation buildings are planned as 4-storey residential blocks with no basement with central aisle access, a central main stairwell and the necessary internal stairwells on the gable sides of the building. For the buildings the Efficiency Building Federal 40 Standard (EGB 40) implemented in accordance with federal energy efficiency specifications. According to the design planning, the construction is planned to be made of reinforced concrete. The execution of this type of construction should be left to the installer This uses standardized or industrialized construction processes and adapts the work planning to its manufacturing and assembly processes. The expansion as well as the structural and technical equipment of the buildings are carried out according to defined criteria Quality standards of the Bundeswehr. The new accommodation buildings 13 to 17 are to be built on the existing site and a planned eastward extension of the Sergeant Boldt Barracks. The scope of services of the GU process primarily includes all of them necessary services in cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276 (2008:12), including planning services in the BIM standard.
