The total construction measure includes the conversionof the former youth club house (hall with social cultivation) as well as the expansion of this existing building stock for extensions in pavilion form for child and youth work and areas for advice and management of the facility. Furthermore, a new building will be built for the planetarium to be implemented in urban spacebuilt in a central point. The freedom is upgraded in partial areas.
