From the UBFT, several fiber optic cables (single mode, partly multimode) and copper cables are laid to the IT rooms of the OIP-PNZ on floors -4 and -1. Two single-mode fiber optics are connected from each of two data centers. In addition, from Floor -3 UBFT a fiber optic and a copper cable led to the IT room -4 OIP. Most of the cables run over existing cable routes; in some cases, new cable routes are required, especially in the limited space on floor -4. For The ring connection leads fiber optic cables from the OIP-PNZ further into the supply building (fire department). When connecting the BOS control center, bevelled fiber optic connectors may need to be taken into account. Within the OIP-PNZ there are between the IT rooms -4 and -1 - two single-mode fiber optic connections with 48 fibers each - as well as a copper link (100 DA, 0.8 mm2) installed.
