Expression of Interest are invited for Network Automation Service (Fault Passage Indicator, DT remote monitoring sensor with Network Operation Center Capability)

In order to be considered for pre-qualification, bidders for relevance in their areas of interest will be required to provide information on the following:
(i) Evidence of company registration (CAC Certificate, C02, C07 or Statement of Affairs for Business Names).
(ii) Detailed company profile including details of key professional staff
(iii) Bank Reference Letter
(iv) Proof of Address
(v) Preceding 3 years Audited Accounts / Statement of Accounts
(vi) Preceding 3 years ended financial Tax Clearance Certificate (2018, 2019, 2020)
(vii) VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittances.
(viii) Evidence of Compliance with Pension Act, NSITF, ITF and evidence of remittances.
(ix) Evidence of manufacturers accreditation (if applicable).
(x) Evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility (if applicable).
(xi) Evidence of Corporate Environmental and Governance Policy (if applicable).
(xii) Any other relevant supporting documents that would fast track the validation.
