The term of the contract is four years (April 30, 2030), with the possibility of extension for network administration office including cloud security Continuous operation of the productive office network with the associated hardware through further development, adaptation, optimization, maintenance and security Support of at least 35 workstations with associated workstation computers for the internal Office network for a secure connection Install, configure and maintain a Virtual Private Network (VPN) Configuration and ensuring the operation of network components, routers, switches, firewalls and gateways Administration, Problem analysis and troubleshooting of firewall systems and VPN gateways Investigating faults using remote maintenance or diagnostic procedures Carrying out complex configuration work to optimize the system Providing a file server based on of Samba/NFS with the associated backup system and ensuring system integrity. Installation, configuration and provision of network storage based on LINUX operating system and application software regularly checked for up-to-dateness. Maintenance and Support of software components from external service providers that are necessary for operation and work.
