Expression of Interest are invited for National Procurement System of Emergency Project for Strengthening of Agricultural Production

Specific audit of acquisitions under the National Procurement System of the Emergency Project for the Strengthening of Agricultural Production in Burkina Faso (PURPA-BF).

The selection procedure will include the following steps:
- Establishing a shortlist of qualified consultants following a ranking by order of merit following the evaluation of the events interests and the designation of the Consultant deemed most qualified for the mission: The establishment of the shortlist will be based on similar experience of consultants (public procurement audit). From this list, the Body Project Implementation Officer will choose the Consultant who has the qualifications and the most appropriate references for the mission and ranked first; - Requesting a no-objection notice from the African Bank of development (ADB) on the expression of interest evaluation report including the choice of the first ranked Consultant; and on the draft Request proposals to be sent to the said Consultant for the continuation of the process selection; - Transmission of the Request for Proposals to the Consultant judged to be the most qualified and ranked in first position, with a view to inviting it to submit a technical proposal and a financial proposal for negotiations for the award of the contract; - Examination of the technical proposal and the financial proposal of the consultant by the Project Executing Agency and the invitation of the Consultant to the contract negotiation; - Requesting the Bank's no-objection notice on the draft contract negotiated and initialed by the parties, accompanied by the minutes of negotiation and technical and financial proposals from the Consultant.
