Property planning for the new construction of a hydrogen test hall and outdoor test areas The client intends to implement a research, testing and development infrastructure for hydrogen applications at the Pfeffenhausen location. The project is part of the National Innovation and Technology Center Hydrogen (ITZ) and serves the technology transfer from research to industrial applications as well as the provision of test, inspection and development infrastructure for economic and non-economic purposes User. The subject of this tender is the gradual commissioning of planning services for the property planning of buildings and interior spaces for the new construction of a hydrogen test hall with an outbuilding, outdoor test areas and outdoor facilities (§§ 33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10.1). This tender also includes subordinate outdoor area planning services (according to Section 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11 HOAI), which are owed as a special service. The performance levels that can be accessed individually are divided into: Stage 1 = service phases 1 to 3, stage 2 = service phase 4, stage 3 = service phase 5, stage 4 = service phases 6 to 7, stage 5 = service phase 8 and stage 6 = service phase 9.
