Country: Sao Tome and Prince Description of the Assignment: This consultancy will focus mainly on reinforcing the NDC mitigation component, ensuring that it reflects the latest scientific proofs, political developments and the risks of climate change that the country face. This task will involve the evaluation of the current NDC, the evaluation of the gaps, the consultation of the main stakeholders and the recommendation of actions for NDC 3.0 that align with national climate objectives and international best practices. Period of Assignment/Services (IF applicable): 4 meses Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
