NATIONAL CONSULTANT EXPERT IN ENERGY
The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Djibouti, launches a Consultation for an Individual Contract "Energy Expert" Documents constituting the offer (to comply with the documents required by the ToRs): Confirmation of interest form and of availability duly completed and signedCV duly informed with precision of the missions and experiencesrelating to the terms of reference, and indicating the e-mail addresses of persons who may be contacted by UNDP for reference check 1 / Technical proposal: Brief description of the method of work, planogram and proposed methodology indicating how it will approach and carry out the Assigned mission.2 / Financial proposal indthe total amount inclusive of the contract and any expenses related to travel to the duty station (Djibouti) which will be detailed in accordance with the template attached to the Letter of Expression of Interest. All documents associated with the application must be submitted by e-mail, indicating in the subject: Consultation for an Ind ContractIndividual "ENERGY EXPERT" - Individual Contract at bids.djibouti@undp.org by August 14, 2019. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
