Museum extension building - specialist planning HKLS For this project, an office is being sought that will provide technical equipment services for system groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021 in conjunction with. V. m. Appendix 15 in LPH 2 to 9 including special services takes over. The expansion of the existing museum building is planned for the Wiesbaden Museum. The basis for further planning is the result of an architectural competition according to RPW 2013. The aim of the measure is to create additional exhibition and Depot areas and the improvement of functional processes in museum operations. The area required for the expansion is approx. 3, 000 m² NUF 1-6. The subject of this competition is the awarding of technical equipment planning services (ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8) for the heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems for the new extension building as part of a negotiated procedure. The technical planning HKLS is intended to technically, develop economically and sustainably. Special requirements arise from the connection to the existing museum building, the monument preservation framework, the urban planning restrictions and the high functional and technical requirements Requirements of a museum building.
