The subject of the procedure is the selection of a telecommunications company ("TKU") as a beneficiary to compensate for an profitability gap for the structure and operation of a gigabitable broadband network to be built (Telecommunications network) with a data rate of at least 1 gigabit/s (symmetrical) for 97 sub -supplied address points in the municipality of Schoenkirchen (route length approx. 14 km, sum of the house connection lengths on a private reason approx. 1, 940 m).
The project is one Promotion of profitability within the meaning of Section 3 (1) letter a of the aid law framework regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the nationwide structure of gigabit networks in gray spots from 01.08.2024. This profitability gap model is based on the fact that one from the federal government according to the guideline "Funding to support the gigabitaus construction of the telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany"-Gigabit directive of federal 2.0-and one from the state of Schleswig-Holstein according to the guideline on the co-financing of gigabit promotion by the federal government in Schleswig-Holstein-Gigabit Cofinance Directive-granted funding and the municipal own contribution on the basis of a grant contract (according to the pattern specified by the federal government) to the TKU.
