The subject of the service is the fine cleaning after completion of all construction and expansion work for handover/acceptance ready for use. All affected areas must be cleaned dust and streak-free (traffic areas, offices, stairs/platforms, sanitary, adjoining rooms). Construction dust and common construction-related contamination (film/label residues, adhesive residues, mortar/joint smears, as long as they can be cleaned) are removed. Glass surfaces including frames/rebates, doors/frames/fittings, fittings, Skirting boards, parapets and railings/handrails must be included. Cleaning methods and agents must be compatible with coverings/materials (especially terrazzo/natural stone/wooden and coated surfaces); no aggressive/acidic cleaners on calcareous surfaces toppings. Acceptance by visual inspection in daylight; Required subsequent cleaning of individual points is included.
