Specialist planning for technical equipment HOAI §53 Para. (2) No. 1-8 The municipality of Kleinblittersdorf is planning the energy-efficient renovation of the games and sports hall in Kleinblittersdorf. The following sub-measures are to be implemented as part of the renovation measure will: 1. Dismantling the old CHP and installing a new climate-neutral central heating system to supply the hall (including new measurement and control technology in addition to a cascade air heat pump for heat supply in the transition period as well as for Hot water preparation for the showers. 2. Renewal of the electrical supply (meter cabinet, sub-distribution, cabling) 3. Renovation of the trapezoidal roof (replacement of the wooden supporting structure in some areas, renewal of the roof insulation and plumbing work such as gutters, downpipes + lightning protection system) 4.Renewal of the window elements along the gallery 5.Installation of an exhaust air system with heat recovery in the shower area 6. Erection of a shed roof over the changing rooms, showers and ancillary rooms including dams the existing flat roof area and installation of skylight domes for lighting 7. Construction of a photovoltaic system in the area of the pent roof above the changing rooms with 25kWp module output 8.Renovation of the flat roof above the equipment rooms including Slope insulation 9.Renewal of the window front along the east side 10.
