Municipal primary school Gerberstrasse-refurbishment of a cafeteria kitchen The Gerberstrasse primary school is located at Gerberstrasse 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath on the eastern edge of the historic town center. Building 7 will become a cafeteria on the ground floor approx. 240 table guests converted. The kitchen with the kitchen equipment to be supplied (combi steamers, CNS equipment, dishwasher and mobile devices), as well as the adjoining rooms including the conventionally constructed refrigerator room, is located in the Ground floor. A small compact refrigeration system to operate the cold room is housed on the roof of the building extension.
