Metal construction The delivery yard to be repaired is located at Kapuzinerstrasse 26 in 80337 Munich. The structure mentioned was built using in-situ concrete and opened in 1987. The ceiling of the delivery yard is partially covered with earth and has three skylights. The building ceiling was created without any surface protection measures on the underside of the load-bearing reinforced concrete components. It rests on consoles on the building side and on reinforced concrete outer walls on the ground side. In the area between the skylights It was designed as a cassette ceiling and in the edge areas as a ribbed ceiling. Beams run along the skylights. The skylights are open at the top, only there is glazing at the north end of each skylight. They are on the top Skylights framed with exposed concrete precast elements. Entry and exit is via a single-lane ramp on the west side of the building. According to the existing plans, the ramp has a gradient of approximately 7 percent and is heated in winter. The ramp is on the side separated from the ground by reinforced concrete walls. Reinforced concrete walls and the ramp floor were manufactured using a monolithic construction method. The ramp floor has a stiffening effect for the two ramp walls. There is a on the ramp floor heated concrete pavement. There is no further basement floor below the delivery yard and ramp. There are exposed concrete prefabricated parts on the top of the ramp walls. Repair As part of the repair work, among other things, Roof structures in the 3 skylights are to be replaced.
