Tender Details

On the Tuttlingen school campus, structural renovation and modernization measures are being carried out on the buildings of the two municipal high schools, Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium (IKG) and Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium (OHG). Both high schools will be renovated and redesigned as four-class high schoolst and expanded, so that the originally 3-room OHG is supplemented by an extension with specialist classes in order to cover the additional needs. In addition, the open spaces in the affected construction area will be rounded off with a campus redesign. The measures in the project include, among other things:a comprehensive concrete renovation, earthquake retrofitting, the renewal of the building technology and the facades as well as an energy upgrade to the KfW 55 standard. Furthermore, a new fire protection concept will be integrated due to cluster formation. The classrooms should be equipped with the latest multimedia technology
Media tables and sideboards
The classrooms, specialist and differentiation rooms as well as a meeting room in the existing building of the Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium in Tuttlingen, which is currently being renovated, will be renovated depending on future use, space conditions and the existing buildingThe rooms from BA 1 and 2 are equipped with media tables and/or a (mountable) sideboard.
