Overview of the overall measure At the Schwabing location of the AG (Koelner Platz 1, 80804 Munich), the Muenchen Klinik gGmbH intends to realize a three-part building complex (parents' house, farm yard, parking garage) on the grounds of the Schwabing Clinic (building site house 77). 2. Objectives of the planning The subject of the tendered planning services is the technical planning of the engineering structure excavation/shoring for the new construction of a three-part building complex consisting of parents' house, farmyard including central energy supply and parking garage on the grounds of the Schwabing Clinic (building site house 77). The project includes several components: - Parental home (EH): new building for families of seriously ill children. Construction and financing are carried out by the foundation "We help Munich" from donations. - Wirtschaftshof (WH): Centralization of economic functions including tunnel passage and central energy supply. - Parking garage (PH): split-level construction, open facade, 198 parking spaces. charging station concept must be taken into account. - Construction pit/shoring: Uniform for all three building in advance. Planning of the excavation pit/shoring up to and including the implementation planning will be awarded separately (= service provided by the contractor).
