MSD Real Estate Programme of ALILAC et MUNWA in

Lubumbashi, and JUMBO in Kolwezi, DRC



FINANCING : SHELTER-AFRIQUE financing covers the entire programme

and for an average ratio of 62% of the total cumulative

investments.





This is the implementation phase of the Projects. The Independent Project Manager shall monitor the progress of the work, and in particular:

a. Conduct site inspections every 1-and-a-half-month basis and prepare a report for submission to SHELTER-AFRICA. The report will cover the following elements

I. Status - ensure that the planned stages of the work are completed on schedule, if not, indicate whether the Consultants/Developer have taken steps to remedy the situation;

II. Quality - where applicable, ensure that quality controls are in place and that construction standards comply with quality requirements;

III. Cost - the work is carried out according to the financing plan retained for each Project and if not, indicate the causes of the differences noted;

IV. Security - ensure that on-site security measures are adequate and that the necessary insurance is in place and remains in effect for the duration of the

Projects;
