The Federal Ministry of Health will move out of the Friedrichstrasse 108 property in 2026 and move into the existing properties at Mauerstrasse 29, Glinkastrasse 35 and Lindencorso - Unter den Linden 21. In total there are around 250 jobs with personal items to be moved from the Property at Friedrichstrasse 108 affected. In addition, functional areas or parts, such as the registry including files, technical equipment, will have to be taken into account. Furthermore, internal moves to the properties at Glinkastrasse 35 and Mauerstrasse 29 must be taken into account for structural adjustments. The moves take place in two stages. Stage 1 is planned for the first quarter of 2026. Stage 2 is scheduled to be executed in the second quarter of 2026. Planning-related delays must be taken into account so that adjustments and additional moves must be possible by the end of 2026.
