The municipality of Sternenfels intends to completely relocate its town hall from its current location at Maulbronner Straße 7 in Sternenfels to an existing building, called KOMM-IN, at Maulbronner Straße 26, where part of the Administration of Starrock is located. This building is the subject of the present procurement procedure.
