ALL SUPPLIERS MUST BRING THEIR NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD TO THE SITE VISIT. NB: QOUTE THE PRICES IN USD, PAYABLE IN ZWG AT PREVAILING BANK RATE PAYMENT WILL BE AFTER DELIVERY. TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY IS 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS PRICES WITHIN NATIONAL STANDARD PRICE LIST TO BE USED FOR EVALUATION. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT (INCREASE) THAN THE ONE QOUTED ONLY BIDDERS THAT ARE ABLE TO DELIVER SHOULD QOUTE. THERE SHALL BE A PENALTY FEE OF 15% OF CONTRACT VALUE FOR THOSE WHO QOUTE AND FAIL TO DELIVER. PROCURING ENTITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY BIDS OR TO CANCEL THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS AND REJECT ALL BIDS AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD.
