Tenders are invited for Modification and Maintenance of the Students' Dormitory Building, Building "D".
The Bidding Committee of the Petroleum Institute for Rehabilitation and Training announces the commencement of the pre-qualification process for a project bid: (Modification and maintenance of the student dormitory building, Building “D” ), which consists of four floors with an area of 750 square meters for each floor, according to the field of work, which is summarized in the following basic items:

National and joint companies specialized in this field, which have established themselves in competence and ability, have technical and financial capabilities, and wish to participate in the pre-qualification of the bid, must submit an expression of interest to receive the pre-qualification questionnaire, noting that the companies must submit the following documents:
· The company file contains the valid registration documents in Libya (the Memorandum of Association - Articles of Association - an official extract from the commercial register).
· License to practice activity - Proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce - Certificate of proof of tax payment.
· The company's financial position for the last three years.
· Certificates of previous experience in the implementation of projects similar to the required field of work, supported by letters from the parties that have been dealt with in the past.
· A list of the technical staff, machinery and equipment needed to implement the project.
· A statement of the company's main address, branches, phone numbers, photocopied mail and e-mail.
