Modernization of the Perlstieg sports facility - outdoor facility planning The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg is planning to modernize the Perlstieg sports facility. The facility is located in the Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg district (parcel: 5191). The facility includes a Large playing field made of threshing floor and a floodlight system consisting of 2 masts on the east side. It is used by schools and clubs and may be expanded to two permanent clubs in the future. The tennis court no longer corresponds to that current Hamburg standards for the sports activities taking place there. Therefore, the surface should be demolished and a large synthetic turf playing field suitable for competitions plus paths and green areas should be created. The structure and the required drainage is on based on the subsoil report. The irrigation system must be dismantled and not restored. The well must be removed and closed by a qualified specialist company. The surrounding fixtures must be replaced. On this include: large playing field goals, youth soccer goals, coaching benches, waste containers, benches and barriers (if necessary, floodlight masts and spotlights). The condition of the overseas containers for further use must be checked; if necessary, they must be supplemented with prefabricated concrete garages or be replaced.
