Modernization of the OpenScape 4000 telephone system The client currently operates a central telecommunications solution based on the OpenScape 4000 platform from the manufacturer Unify/Mitel including associated applications for Unified Communications, Contact Center, switching workstations and unified messaging. The existing solution ensures voice and real-time communication at the client's main location as well as at several connected external locations. The subject of the present procurement procedure is the modernization of the existing telecommunications environment and the subsequent operation of the modernized solution as part of a managed service model. The services for modernization (work performance) and operation (services) are awarded in its entirety to one contractor as part of this procedure. The aim of the tender is to ensure a future-proof and highly available communication solution, taking into account the existing functional requirements as well as the operational conditions of the client.
