Modernization and extension of the functionality of the EC1 Łódź Planetarium I. The subject of the order is the modernization and extension of the functionality of the Planetarium projection facility in terms of audience, software and the Planetarium System. Comprehensive implementation the project includes delivery, assembly and commissioning of all Planetarium equipment elements, preparation of workshop documentation, preparation of as-built documentation, cooperation in the acceptance procedure including technical audit (measurements acoustic) performed by a third party at the request of the Ordering Party, conducting training for employees, to the extent described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter also "OPZ"). The order also includes the performance of necessary works assembly, integration of new systems with the existing infrastructure and provision of warranty and maintenance services for the subject of the order, to the extent described in detail in the OPZ. The Contractor undertakes to ensure full interoperability and compatibility the delivered planetarium System, including the projection system and the production system, with the Content owned by the Ordering Party on the date of conclusion of the Agreement and transferred to the Contractor in the course of its implementation, as well as with the cinema used by the Ordering Party spherical, to the extent necessary for the proper playback, display, editing, preparation, transfer and further use of audiovisual content.
