Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of 4 power generating units as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. As part of the task in question, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver 4 units of generators, including the transport of the subject of the order and delivery to the indicated address. by the Ordering Party's address in the City of Widnica.2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered products be brand new, unused and undamaged.3. The subject of the order includes the supply of brand new units, year of production: not older than 2025. The products must be complete and free from technical defects and legal issues and meets the minimum requirements in terms of technical and quality parameters specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 4. The offered product must come from the official distribution channel in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. 5. Aggregates must be adapted and approved for use, should have all necessary standards, approvals, certificates, etc.6.
