Model project Smart City, field of action Education: Cluster -Decentralized Offers-

As part of the needs/stock analysis within the strategy phase of the Smart City field of action Education, eight educational goals were identified for the UImplementation phase defined: Competence building, more self-determination and participation, access for all, anti-discrimination in the digital space, merging of the analog and digital world, trying out and promoting areas of interest, digital collaboration and communication, sustainable goalsen development.

Following on from this, the "Decentralized Offers" cluster includes low-threshold offers with the aim of helping people to help themselves with technical and social digital problems, the intrinsically motivated testing and learning of digital techniques/tools and the training of Muto implement multipliers on digital topics in the Halle-Neustadt district. The target group is primarily adults up to 67 years of age, with groups with different access requirements (with/without a migration background, male/female, employed/looking for work, ...).must be taken into account. The announcement and access to the target groups should primarily take place through cooperation with established actors in the district who already have acceptance among the target groups.
