The goal of the tendering procedure is to conclude a rental agreement of a mobile speed measurement system with a motor vehicle. The measuring system must enable monitoring of temporal and differentiated speed restrictions. The one used Measuring and recording technology should monitor the flowing traffic with regard to compliance with the top speed prescribed in the course of the site.
