Migration of 16 Microsoft 365 tenants of the public broadcasters into a common OneTenant. The subject is project management, implementation of migrations including maturity level adjustment as well as selection and provision of the Migration tools. “Migration services in the OneTenant project” The public broadcasters use the Microsoft 365 platform for internal and external communication and collaboration. Every state broadcasting company operates for this purpose currently their own M365 cloud environment (tenant). In order to significantly simplify the collaboration between the houses and to make operation and further development more efficient, 16 decentralized, equal tenants should be on the shared platform OneTenant can be transferred. As part of this call for tenders, we are looking for a service provider who will plan and carry out the tenant migrations and provide comprehensive project management of the migration phase with all participating broadcasters and takes over community facilities. In addition, the service provider should provide a migration tool or several tools of their choice for the migration. The client is responsible for configuring and setting up the OneTenant and is not part of the scope of services this tender.
