The services covered by this call for tenders consist of:
The supply and deployment of Windows server licenses and CALs (Acquired License Keys and "Microsoft Windows Server" installation media, downloadable online from the Microsoft website and available from the supplier in the “ISO” file format);
The inventory of resources and profiles to be migrated (Mapping of the migration project);
Redesign of file servers and directory servers (Audit of existing servers and proposals);
The establishment of servers dedicated to strengthening the security of the systems;
Testing and commissioning;
support services (skills transfer, new functionalities, documentation in French and/or English);
Software warranty during the validity period of the licenses;
The training of administrators (issue the certificates or certificates of training dedicated to each participant).

Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond, issued by a first-rate bank or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, in the amount of one million eight hundred thousand (1 800, 000) FCFA valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the offers, i.e. ninety (90) days .
