Stadtwerke Augsburg now want to migrate the existing SAP ERP system ECC 6.0 EHP8 for many years on SAP S/4HANA in the on Premise company in their own data center. We have a joint preliminary project for the planned S/4HANA Migration of our two last yearSeparate SAP ERP and SAP HCM systems carried out. We came to the conclusion of continuing to operate the systems separately as independent systems and the migration of the SAP HCM system on H4S4 was already started independently of this tender. The migration of the HCM systemis therefore expressly not part of this tender. With this tender we are looking for a suitable migration and implementation partner for the migration of S/4HANA ERP (Core). The procedure and all results of the preliminary project (actual analysis, target concept, project time plan, Migration scenario, etc.) are described in detail in the attached specification and the associated systems. The results of the preliminary study serve as the basis for the planned migration of the modules FI, CO, PM, SD, CS, QM, PS and MM including the replacement of the supplier that is still independent todayRelationship Management (SRM) on S/4HANA.
