Rental licenses Cryptshare Enterprise The subject of the procurement is the provision of rental licenses for the Cryptshare Enterprise product including maintenance and on-demand support. The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one economic operators. In addition to the client (VBG), BGHM is entitled to request services from the framework agreement to be concluded. The rental licenses for the Cryptshare Enterprise product must meet the following technical requirements: - The The application can be operated on-premises on the infrastructure in the client's data center using Microsoft Server 2022 or higher in conjunction with Microsoft IIS - There must be an API interface (REST; .NET) for connecting to Outlook and are available to the in-house CRM system. Also included is the right to updates and patches as well as support. The announced start of the contract is October 1st, 2026, with a minimum term of 4 years and the option to renew twice Extension of 12 months each. It is assumed that up to 16 independent, productive instances will be procured for a total of approximately 12, 000 user mailboxes (in all 16 instances combined). An initial call will be made at the start of services on October 1st, 2026 of around 9 license keys for around a total of 8, 900 user mailboxes.
