Microsoft volume licenses (EA/SCE) and premium support services from BARMER Conducting a market survey to conclude a framework agreement for Microsoft products as well as premium support services for Microsoft products. The goal is, on the one hand, Ensuring a seamless and legally compliant continuation of Microsoft licensing by concluding a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) and, if necessary, a Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) based on the BMI terms and conditions agreements from the year 2025. On the other hand, BARMER intends to re-award premium support services for Microsoft products as part of the tender. BARMER is conducting a market survey in accordance with Section 28 VgV to prepare a tender for the procurement of Microsoft licenses and premium support services for the corresponding Microsoft products.
