The subject of the order is the procurement of software licenses, cloud services and the related services from the manufacturer Microsoft. The subject matter of the order includes in particular the purchase of: - Software licenses (e.g. server and client products) - Cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365 services and Azure services) - usage-dependent cloud consumption services - Azure Marketplace offerings and third-party services purchased through them, if applicable - as well as related services such as Software Assurance or comparable maintenance and support services. The purchase can be made via various Microsoft licensing programs, in particular via Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft Customer Agreement or comparable programs. Microsoft Trading partner license management In addition, the contractor provides supporting services in connection with the purchase and use of Microsoft licenses as well as cloud consumption services, in particular license and cloud service consulting (including technical assessment) as well as reporting and monitoring services.
