The Hannover Medical School, hereinafter referred to as "MHH" or "client", intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator for the delivery, installation, commissioning, expansion and maintenance of a uniform endoscopy system platform for gastroenterology. The tendered service is awarded in accordance with Section 119 Paragraph (3) of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) in an open procedure to conclude a framework agreement with a company in accordance with Sections 15 and 21 of the Procurement Ordinance (VgV). As a high-performance center for supramaximal care, the Hannover Medical School (MHH) operates a highly frequented gastroenterological endoscopy. The range of tasks there covers the entire spectrum of diagnostic and interventional endoscopy at the highest international level.
