Preserving uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies is offered to the conclusion or accession to a discount agreement according to §130a (8) SGB V to the active ingredients mentioned under Section B. The prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company is fully completed and signed the requested participation documents.
