Lots: A set of reagents is intended for the isolation of nucleic acids from samples of blood serum (plasma), biopsies (autoptates), cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), sputum, urine, feces, scrapings of epithelial cells from the mucous membrane of the cervical canal, urethra, vagina, etc., as well as from materials from environmental objects: suspensions of ticks, mosquitoes and ectoparasites, material from animals (washes/smears from mucous membranes, ascites, etc.), water samples and (BAK-B) | Reagent kit for DNA detection of Neisseria meningitidis, Haemophilus influenzae and Streptococcus pneumoniae in clinical material using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection of N. meningitidis/ H. influenzae/ S. pneumoniae-FL (set of 55 definitions). Complete set with set reagents for extraction (isolation) of total RNA/DNA from clinical material (peripheral blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, amniotic fluid, nasal swabs, throat swabs, saliva) for subsequent analysis by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction.
