The free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) - Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of supplies and services by a contract pharmacy (VA) on the supply of Medicines and vaccines as well as the provision of pharmaceutical services for the Hamburg Central Hospital (ZKH), outpatient clinics of the correctional facilities (JVAen) and other FHH need points. Delivery of medicines and the provision of Service to the Central Hospital (ZKH) of the Hamburg pretrial detention center. Delivery of medicines and vaccines as well as the provision of services for the outpatient clinics of the Hamburg correctional facilities (JVAen). Over and beyond The contractor undertakes to supply all authorized departments of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg with medicines. Pricing is based on the applicable LAUER tax. Discounts will apply for non-prescription drugs Medication granted. To the extent that the Medicines Price Ordinance (AMPreisV) applies, fixed prices apply to the other departments.
