The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) - Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of supplies and services by a contract pharmacy (VA) for Medicines and vaccines for the prison system and other FHH facilities. Lot 1 - Medicines for the central hospital (ZKH) of the pre-trial detention center Lot 1 is in accordance with the Pharmacy Act (ApoG) to supply medicines and provide services to the central hospital (ZKH) of the Hamburg remand prison. Only the ZKH is authorized to access the data. Section 14 Paragraph 4 in conjunction applies to the ZKH-s medication supply. V.m. Paragraph 5 ApoG in the currently valid version, from which it follows that a hospital care contract must be concluded between the VA and the AG and then approved by the responsible authority. By submitting the offer, he undertakes Bidder to draw up a hospital care contract and to initiate all legally necessary reports and approvals to the responsible authorities.
