Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Medical Equipment (MRI).

Bid Security Amount (Euro €): 5, 500

1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in the UNDB Online on 22 September 2015 and the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website on 22 September 2015.

2. The Republic of Sudan has received Financing from the African Development Fund in various currencies towards the cost of Building Capacity for Inclusive Service Delivery Project (BCISD). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of Medical Equipment (MRI), Office Furniture and Health Center Furniture.

3. The Ministry of Security and Social Development now invites sealed bids from bidders for the supply, installation, training and commissioning relevant to the above-mentioned procurement.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address below.

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Euro € 100 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.

6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 01:30 PM (Sudan Time) on Thursday, 21 March 2019 at the address below.
